THE EXTREMADURAN ENVIRONMENT.

INTRODUCTION:

• What is the environment?
• Geographical location of the region of Extremadura.

FLORA:

• What is the flora?
• Trees, landscapes and autochthonous plants of the zone.
• The botanical garden of Extremadura in the Castle of Trujillo (location, characteristics, etc).

FAUNA:

• What is the fauna?
• Autochthonous animals of the zone.
• Nature Reserve of Monfragüe in Cáceres (location, characteristics, etc).

POLLUTION:

• What is the pollution?
• The increase of the pollution in Extremadura.
• The tench like indicator of the level of aquatic pollution.

CONCLUSION:

The conclusion will be a summary of the exposed points and a valuation of each one of them.

The topic of the work is the environment in Extremadura.

The work is going to treat on the fauna, flora and pollution in the Extremadura region. In the fauna, we will speak on the autochthonous birds of the zone. In the flora we will speak on the different types of vegetation as we place in a province or other one.

The approach that we will give its to the work will be conservationist of the environment, defending the flora and fauna, and criticizing the pollution.

The porpose of this work is to bring over the Extremaduran environment and the problem of the pollution to the class.

The provisional title is THE EXTREMADURAN ENVIRONMENT.
